I was pretty new to fintech, but I turned what could be dry economic data and tech plans into an easy, engaging, and educational read. Instead of treating payment setups as just another business expense, I reframed them as a great opportunity to win their customer’s loyalty with North.

I created a clear, highly searchable, SEO-enhanced article that connects the dots between complex payment tech and real brand strategy. This one got great views for North.

THE CHALLENGE

Write a series of engaging, human-centered blog posts highlighting internal corporate sustainability milestones without sounding dry or overly corporate.

THE STRATEGY

I built a narrative around the "three Ps" framework of balancing People, Planet, and Profit. For the first piece, I detailed how the supply chain team overhauled logistics to replace foam with 100% recyclable cardboard and shrink packaging footprints by 10%. For the second piece, I profiled an ERG initiative that localized Ireland's Deposit Return Scheme in a regional office, turning beverage waste into monthly funding for animal welfare and employee health.

THE OUTCOME

This was really fun because I talked to new people at North, in Limerick, and learned so much about the products and culture. I wrote a pair of brand-aligned marketing assets that effectively elevated company culture, met B2B customers' demands for eco-friendly operations, and demonstrated how grassroots corporate social responsibility supports the bottom line.
